Use the product only as directed in the on-product instructions, the Size & Fit Guide, and the in-page how-to-wear section. Stop using it immediately and contact support if you experience pinching, numbness, coldness, persistent rubbing, skin irritation, or any other discomfort.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices, promotions, bundle discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, payment irregularities, inventory issues, shipping-address problems, or violations of these terms. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll be refunded in full to the original method of payment.

We charge applicable sales tax based on the shipping destination. Any duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the displayed price.
