Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and a curated set of international destinations available at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, email info@stepspring.co and we will let you know whether we can route an order to you.
Shipping Costs
United States
- Standard insured shipping: free on every order.
- Free standard insured shipping on orders over $70.
- Express insured shipping: $15 when available at checkout.
International
- Standard insured shipping: $11.99 on orders under $70.
- Free standard insured shipping on orders over $70.
Free Shipping
Free standard insured shipping applies to all orders over $70. This means the 2-pair and 3-pair StepSpring bundles qualify automatically based on the current product price.
Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the displayed product or shipping price unless checkout states otherwise.
Processing and Delivery Times
Processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery: Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs, weather, and local postal service conditions. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in tracking emails are estimates, not guarantees.
Please note: delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or delays by the customer's local postal service.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days after ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us at info@stepspring.co.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, email us immediately with your order number. We can usually make changes before dispatch, but not after the order has shipped. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or is lost during transit, we will provide a full refund or replacement after review. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors, household members, building staff, and your local carrier first. If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will do our best to help with the carrier claim process.
